Parking
Surface lots: We offer free parking in multiple surface lots, in front of the Health Center and the Cancer Center:
- Health Center
Lots H & G are most convenient for physical therapy, Orthopedics, Neurology, Podiatry, and Pain Management through entrance 3
Lot H is most convenient for the Outpatient Surgery Center through entrance 2
Lots A and B can be used when visiting for any reason and are most convenient for Primary Care, Cardiology and Endocrinology through entrance 1.
- Cancer Center
Lots J & I are most convenient for all services at the Ochsner St. Tammany Cancer Center through the main entrance.
Handicap parking is available in all surface lots. Wheelchairs are available on the first floor inside all entrances. Valet is not offered at this campus but covered drop off areas are available at all entrances.
Note: There is no emergency room on this campus.

Information: Greeters are available on the first floor of the Health Center to assist, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. An information desk is open on the first floor of the Cancer Center, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Medical Records: Your record is always available to you to view, download and share in your MyOchsner patient portal account. To obtain copies of the medical record outside of MyOchsner, the patient's written authorization must be signed and dated, and must include the name and address of the individual who is to receive the copies of the record, the information requested and the treatment dates. Language Services: Language services are available to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-833-896-6586. Additionally, your care team may request in-person or virtual interpreter support during a visit for both Limited English Proficiency and Deaf/Hard of Hearing patients.
Visually impaired services
All elevators and many other public areas have Braille signage to assist those with visual impairments. We can also provide you with an audio recording of patient rights and responsibilities, advanced directives, and the Ochsner mission statement.

Patient and Provider Advocacy: The Patient and Provider Advocacy department serves as intermediary for patients on issues like advance directives, HIPAA, and requests (appointments, medication refills, etc.). Patient and Provider Advocacy also supports Ochsner’s compliance with Patient Rights & Responsibilities, provides policy interpretation and advice on institutional practices. Vision Center
Our certified optical staff can help you find a new look or upgrade your lenses. We offer skilled, personalized service for all your optical needs, including high powers, specialty lenses, pediatrics, low vision, specialty prescriptions, corrective prism, and sunglasses. Located on the second floor of the Health Center, open Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. *Closed for lunch from 12 p.m.-1 p.m.
Lagniappe Services
Lagniappe Services are located on the first floor of the Cancer Center and include acupuncture, a wig boutique, integrative oncology, literature, meditation, therapeutic food pantry, and physical therapy. Hours vary for each service, please call the main number 985-249-2383 for more information.
Wi-Fi
Ochsner offers free Wi-Fi for patients, families, and visitors. Please look for the OHN Guest Wi-Fi when on site.
