Surface lots: We offer free parking in multiple surface lots, in front of and behind the Complex as well as next to the Hospital:
The lot immediately in front of the complex, closest to I-10, offers convenient parking for patients coming for a clinic visit with primary care, pediatrics, pediatric specialties, and adult specialties including women’s services, neurosurgery, dermatology, orthopedics and for outpatient services like lab and radiology.
The lot on the south side of the hospital is most convenient for patients coming for an outpatient surgery
The lot off The Grove Blvd on the west side of the campus is most convenient for physical therapy, sports medicine, and pain management visits.
Handicap parking is available in all surface lots. Wheelchairs are available on the first floor inside all entrances.
Valet is available free on this campus Monday through Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Information: Greeters are available on the first floor of the Complex to assist, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and our Patient Liaisons round on all floors Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. An information desk is open on the first floor of the Hospital, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Medical Records: Your record is always available to you to view, download and share in your MyOchsner patient portal account. To obtain copies of the medical record outside of MyOchsner, the patient's written authorization must be signed and dated, and must include the name and address of the individual who is to receive the copies of the record, the information requested and the treatment dates. Language Services: Language services are available to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-833-896-6586. Additionally, your care team may request in-person or virtual interpreter support during a visit for both Limited English Proficiency and Deaf/Hard of Hearing patients.
Visually impaired services
All elevators and many other public areas have Braille signage to assist those with visual impairments. We can also provide you with an audio recording of patient rights and responsibilities, advanced directives, and the Ochsner mission statement.
Patient & Provider Advocacy: The Patient and Provider Advocacy department serves as intermediary for patients on issues like advance directives, HIPAA, and requests (appointments, medication refills, etc.). Patient and Provider Advocacy also supports Ochsner’s compliance with Patient Rights & Responsibilities, provides policy interpretation and advice on institutional practices. Vision Center
Our certified optical staff can help you find a new look or upgrade your lenses. We offer skilled, personalized service for all your optical needs, including high powers, specialty lenses, pediatrics, low vision, specialty prescriptions, corrective prism, and sunglasses. Located on the second floor of the Complex, open Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m.-5:50 p.m.
Wi-Fi
