Ochsner Rush Medical Center and Ochsner Rush Ambulatory Care Center
Patients visiting Ochsner Rush Medical Center, or the Ochsner Rush Ambulatory Care Center may take advantage of convenient parking in the visitor parking lot outside the Ambulatory Care Center, located at 1300 18th Avenue. Public entrance via Ochsner Rush Ambulatory Care Center is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30p.m and Saturday-Sunday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Ochsner Specialty Hospital entrance on 19th Avenue is open Monday – Sunday 7:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
Ochsner Rush Medical Group
Patients visiting Ochsner Rush Medical Group may park in the visitor parking lot outside the Ochsner Rush Medical Group building at 1800 12th Street, Meridian, MS 39301. Public entrance is open Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Emergency Room & Workforce Wellness
The surface lot directly in front of the 24/7 Emergency Room on 17th Avenue is the most convenient parking for patients coming for emergency services or for patients coming to our occupational health clinic. Public entrance is open 24/7 and serves as the after-hours and weekend entrance for Ochsner Rush Medical Center.
Ochsner Rush Imaging Center
Patients may park in the designated Imaging Center parking spots located along 18th Avenue. Public entrance is open Monday-Friday 6:45 a.m.-5 p.m.
Ochsner Woman’s Healthcare Center
Patients may park directly behind the center located at 1730 14th Street. Ochsner Women’s Healthcare Center is open Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m.-noon.
Ochsner Health Center - Immediate Care
Located at 1710 14th Street, patients may park in the lot immediately behind the clinic. Immediate Care is open Monday-Sunday 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
Ochsner Rush Health Golf Cart Shuttle Service is available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Call 601.703.4239.

Spiritual Care: Chaplains provide sensitive spiritual support for patients, families, and staff from all faith backgrounds. Please call 601-703-9978 Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. to reach the chaplain’s office or ask your care team if you would like a chaplain to visit while in the hospital.

Medical Records: Your record is always available to you to view, download and share in your MyOchsner patient portal account. To obtain copies of the medical record outside of MyOchsner, the patient's written authorization must be signed and dated, and must include the name and address of the individual who is to receive the copies of the record, the information requested and the treatment dates. Language Services: Language services are available to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-833-896-6586. Additionally, your care team may request in-person or virtual interpreter support during a visit for both Limited English Proficiency and Deaf/Hard of Hearing patients.
Patient & Provider Advocacy: The Patient and Provider Advocacy department serves as intermediary for patients on issues like advance directives, HIPAA, and requests (appointments, medication refills, etc.). Patient and Provider Advocacy also supports Ochsner’s compliance with Patient Rights & Responsibilities, provides policy interpretation and advice on institutional practices, and supports leaders and employees in difficult patient situations. Our cafeteria, located on the third floor of the Ochsner Rush Ambulatory Care Center, is open Monday through Sunday at the following times:

- Lunch 11:00a – 2:30p (Grill only on Sat and Sun)
- Dinner 4:00p – 6:30p (Grill only)
Gift Shop
Our Gift Shop, located on the 1st floor of the Ochsner Specialty Hospital, carries Newk’s Eatery Express Market freshly prepared meals to go, sandwiches and salads as well as Margie’s cupcakes and macaroons. Open Monday - Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
24/7 Vending
The main vending areas are located on the first floor across from the Gift Shop and on the 2nd floor of Ochsner Rush Medical Center.
