Free parking is available in the front parking lot, immediately in front of entrances to buildings 1, 2, 3 and 4 and can be accessed via Congress St.

  • Designated handicap parking is available

  • Additional/overflow parking is also available behind the hospital, next to the urgent care center and accessed via the second entrance (not the emergency entrance) on Bertrand Dr.

Medical Records: Your record is always available to you to view, download and share in your MyOchsner patient portal account. To obtain copies of the medical record outside of MyOchsner, the patient's written authorization must be signed and dated, and must include the name and address of the individual who is to receive the copies of the record, the information requested and the treatment dates. Language Services: Language interpretation services shall be made available, free of charge.

Visually impaired services: All elevators and many other public areas have Braille signage to assist those with visual impairments.

Ochsner University Hospital & Clinics is a full-service, acute care hospital with multiple specialty clinics housed on its campus, including an after-hours urgent care center, dedicated to serving Acadiana’s uninsured and under-insured population as well as those with private insurance. Services include outpatient labs, audiology testing, nutrition services, stress labs, an outpatient pharmacy, respiratory therapy, rheumatology, cardiology, endocrinology, family medicine and more.
