Surface Lots: We offer free parking in surface lots in front of the hospital and in front of Plaza 1, Plaza 2, and our Medical Office Building.
Handicap parking is available in all surface lots
Wheelchairs are available inside the main entrances of the hospital, the emergency room both Plazas and the Medical Office Building
Emergency Room: Patients visiting our 24/7 Emergency Room are welcome to park in the spaces in front of the emergency room or in the surface lot in front of the hospital.

Spiritual Care: Our interfaith chapel is open 24/7 and is located on the second floor near Intensive Care Unit (ICU). If you would like additional spiritual care support, please let your care team know.
Information: Our information desk is open on the first floor of the hospital seven days a week 6:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Medical Records: Your record is always available to you to view, download and share in your MyOchsner patient portal account. To obtain copies of the medical record outside of MyOchsner, the patient's written authorization must be signed and dated, and must include the name and address of the individual who is to receive the copies of the record, the information requested and the treatment dates. Language Services: Language services are available to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-833-896-6586. Additionally, your care team may request in-person or virtual interpreter support during a visit for both Limited English Proficiency and Deaf/Hard of Hearing patients.
Patient & Provider Advocacy: The Patient and Provider Advocacy department serves as intermediary for patients on issues like advance directives, HIPAA, and requests (appointments, medication refills, etc.). Patient and Provider Advocacy also supports Ochsner’s compliance with Patient Rights & Responsibilities, provides policy interpretation and advice on institutional practices. St. Mary’s Cafeteria
Located on the first floor of the hospital, near the main lobby:
Open Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. for Breakfast and 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. for Lunch
Snack Room: Snacks and soft drinks may be purchased 24-hours-a-day from the vending machines located in the snack room directly outside the cafeteria doors.

Ochsner offers free Wi-Fi for patients, families, and visitors. Please look for the OHN Guest Wi-Fi when on site.
Visually impaired services
All elevators and many other public areas have Braille signage to assist those with visual impairments. We can also provide you with an audio recording of patient rights and responsibilities, advanced directives, and the Ochsner mission statement.
